Hello! So happy to meet you!

I’m a New York-based registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) as well as a certified diabetes counselor and education specialist (CDCES) with a master’s in public health nutrition.

I offer individualized nutrition counseling to womxn and families via a virtual private practice based in Westchester, New York.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of families develop positive, happy relationships with food.

In my I use a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size (HAES-aligned) approach with all of my clients. I’m extremely sensitive to the development of eating disorders and disordered eating as it relates to weight and health concerns. I’ve completed supervised practice in a private, NYC-based outpatient eating disorder treatment center, as well as participated in professional training at the Ellyn Satter Institute.

In addition to providing one-on-one nutrition therapy, I’m also the founder of NourishHer which provides information and inspiration to moms who’ve struggled with chronic dieting. Together, we work on building an intentional feeding mindset that helps protect children from developing disordered eating patterns of their own.

Prior to becoming an RD, I worked for over a decade as a health, fitness, and nutrition editor and writer. My work has been published in dozens of national publications including American Health, Family Circle, Fitness, Latina, Reader’s Digest, Redbook, SELF, Today’s Dietitian, Women’s Health, and more.

I look forward to learning more about you and your family and supporting you in your goals towards a happy, healthy relationship with food!
