Private Nutrition Counseling

  • An Introductory Session ($250) includes an initial assessment (75 minutes) and one follow-up session (45 minutes). New patients can also book a discounted package (initial assessment plus three ($420), five ($650), or nine ($825) follow-up sessions at discounted rates).

  • Individual follow-ups ($100) can be booked only after having an initial assessment. People who have frequent contact with their providers typically reach their goals faster and with less stress, so purchasing multiple follow-ups is recommended. Packages of three ($270), six ($480), and 12 sessions ($840) are available.

Workshops

  • This workshop ($49) includes five modules that guide you through a set of tools and strategies you can use to help your daughter develop a happy, healthy relationship with eating, foods, and weight. (Click here to learn more! Beta version of this workshop for FREE until January 2022!)

  • This online workshop ($39) includes five tools and strategies you can use to help reduce or maintain your Ha1C without the stress of restriction and weight loss. All lessons are conducted via video and you can do them at your own pace. (Coming February 2022)
